Please be specific as to what the need is with as much information as possible, so that we may help you or direct you to someone who may help.

We will need a copy of your DD 214, and any Veteran’s Administration identification that you have. Please be prepared to have proof of service before we can process any requests. You can contact the Veteran’s Administration records group directly for a copy of your DD 214 at U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
