QOV is an organization that makes quilts for Veterans. A Veteran is nominated and if they accept, a QOV quilter will be assigned and the outcome will be a patriotic and service branch themed quilt. They are then presented to the Veteran, in this case, 6 Veterans at the same event. It is a very special event.
